Large Diameter Ball Valve Bolts

 It has come to our attention that there is an error in the catalog on the bolt sizing for the large diameter Aquatherm ball valves.³ 

The catalog bolt sizing should read as follows:

0041602	3” – 90 mm	M16 x 2.0 x 60 mm Grade 8.84 with M16 washers3
0041604	3-1/2” to 4” – 110 to 125 mm	M16 x 2.0 x 60 mm Grade 8.84 with M16 washers3
0041607	6” – 160 mm	M20 x 2.5 x 90(1) mm Grade 8.84 with M20 washers3

 Each bolt size should be coarse threaded and be accompanied with a washer. 

Note that these bolts and washers are shipped with the valve and/or may be purchased separately from Aquatherm.(2) 

The catalog also states that an O-ring and a full-faced gasket are required. However, this combination is no longer required. The full-faced gasket is all that is required for proper sealing.
